This role is critical for driving the growth of the bank's Small and Medium Enterprise portfolio across various hubs.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Specifically for Sylhet Hub, Dhaka South Hub, Dhaka North Hub, Chattogram Hub, North Hub & South Hub)
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor/Honors or Masters from a reputed university.
Academic Record: Minimum graduation without any 3rd class/division or equivalent CGPA in any examination.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in a Bank.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of the application date (Age relaxation may be considered for deserving candidates).
Required Skills: Must have computer knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to source and acquire prospective SME clients to meet business targets.
Conduct thorough physical visits to business premises and proposed collateral sites to validate financial information and KYC.
Analyze client business models, cash flows, and financial indicators to determine repayment capacity and risk mitigation.
Manage the overall health of the assigned SME Hub portfolio, ensuring timely renewals and monitoring credit facility utilization.
Focus on maintaining superior asset quality by proactively identifying early warning signals to minimize Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL).
Cross-sell CASA and other relevant banking products to SME clients.
Ensure full compliance with internal credit policies, operational procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
